MEDKUL proudly offers a 30-Day Free Return & Exchange Policy for all products. Customers may apply for a return or exchange within 30 calendar days after receiving the order. 
2. Return Conditions 
To qualify for free return or exchange: 
- The item must be unused, unmodified, and in original new condition
- All original boxes, packaging, user manuals, and accessories must be fully intact
- No physical damage caused by improper operation, personal modification, or accidental breakage
 
3. Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items 
If you receive defective, damaged, or wrong products, we offer free replacement or full refund. We will cover the return shipping cost for verified quality or fulfillment errors.
 
4. Return Shipping Responsibility 
- Quality issues / our errors: Return shipping covered by MEDKUL
- Personal reason returns (change of mind, unsuitable size, etc.): Customer is responsible for return shipping fees
 
5. Refund Processing 
Once your returned item is received, inspected, and verified by our warehouse team, your refund will be processed within 2–5 business days. Funds will be credited back to your original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on financial institution delays.
 
6. Non-Returnable Cases 
Items with the following conditions are not eligible for free return or exchange: 
- Damaged or broken due to improper use, unauthorized repair, or human error
- Missing original packaging, parts, or accessories
- Signs of heavy use, stains, or modification
- Return request exceeding the 30-day window
