Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing & Fulfillment

All orders placed on MEDKUL are locally fulfilled and shipped from our New York State warehouse, USA. We only serve customers within the United States to ensure fast, stable, and reliable domestic delivery.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment verification. We do not ship on weekends or US federal holidays.

2. Shipping Time 

- Standard Domestic Shipping: 3–7 business days across most US states

- All shipments are US domestic, with no international transit or customs delay.

3. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all valid residential and commercial addresses within the United States (50 states). International shipping, PO boxes, and APO/FPO addresses are not supported.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery address and displayed at checkout. Free shipping promotions may be available for eligible orders from time to time.

5. Delivery Issues

Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, carrier congestion, or logistics updates, which are beyond our control. We will provide tracking support for all confirmed orders to ensure transparency.
